The Come See, Fly Free program is available to meeting and event planners with qualifying corporate, association, incentive, SMERF and tradeshow programs. Your North Lake Tahoe Sales Manager will host qualified and approved planners on a private itinerary. Criteria - Request for Proposal (RFP) must be completed online in advance. - You have not hosted a meeting or conducted a site visit in the region in the past two years. - The meeting and/or event must bring over 100 room nights to the region. - Must source more than (2) NLT lodging properties and must visit more than (2) lodging properties during site inspection. - Site visits must occur during non-peak seasons and dates must be pre-approved by sales manager prior to booking. Site visits during summer months do not qualify for this program. - Site visits must be approved by sales manager and take place prior to final decision of RFP hotel selection. - All lodging and airfare must be approved by sales manager in written consent before reimbursement.
