During the first consultation, you are invited to view the hotel facilities and packages offered to you for your special day. Your own dedicated Wedding Planner will then meet with you again to secure your booking by signing of the contract and payment of the deposit. Communication is key throughout the planning of your wedding therefore 4 weeks prior to your wedding date we ask to meet you to ensure final details are prepared for your big day. Furthermore, to this we then arrange a final Toastmaster meeting 4 weeks prior to your Wedding Day. This meeting allows you the opportunity to meet with the Conference and Banqueting team who will be specifically dedicated to running your wedding on the day.
