To qualify a meeting or event, planners must book twenty-five (25) or more guest rooms on peak between July 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 for meetings or events taking place from July 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Existing meeting reservations are not eligible. All bookings are subject to the hotel’s standard terms & conditions. A contract must be signed with the hotel to govern the terms of the meeting and Event Planner Points to be awarded. Blackout dates apply. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discounts. Event Planner Bonus Points can be awarded on charges up to $100,000 USD, in accordance with the Event Planner program. There is no maximum number of points that can be awarded per event.
