Qualified event spending includes qualifying room rates, room rental, meeting package and function room related catering only, excluding any expenses payable to third-party suppliers, gratuities, and service charges. The amount is to be discounted from the event’s final bill before settlement. 4. The promotion is not available for customers with pre-negotiated rates or agreements, such as special corporate-rate agreements nor in conjunction with other promotions and may not be available during periods of peak demand.
