如果被许可方取消许可协议中规定的活动，如果在活动第一天前一百二十 (120) 天或更长时间取消，则押金和款项将全额退还。如果在活动第一天前六十（60）天至一百一十九（119）天取消预订，则百分之五十（50%）的押金和款项将退还。如果在活动第一天前三十（30）天至包括五十九天（59）天内取消，则将退还订金和付款的百分之二十五（25％）。如果在活动第一天前少于三十（30）天取消预订，则不退还押金和款项。被许可人同意支付纽约市与取消的活动直接相关的任何和所有费用。在所有情况下，取消许可协议都将收取两百美元（200.00美元）的管理费。
