You shall be entitled to withdraw from the Agreement partly or in full, subject to the following: WITHIN 180 DAYS -25% RETENTION WITHIN 120 DAYS -50% RETENTION WITHIN 90 DAYS -75% RETENTION WITHIN 30 DAY -100% RETENTION IS OF THE TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE CONFIRMED. - Any additional cancellations will be charged based on the contracted rates with 100% retention charges. - CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT - Check in time 1400 hrs. / check out time 1200 hrs. - Beyond check in /check out time day rate would be chargeable. - Tax structure is subject to change as per government regulation. Any additional or later cancellation of Hotel Services shall entitle us to receive your payment of a compensation amount equal to (XX%) of the delegate fees and charges initially contracted. If it has been agreed that you can cancel without incurring costs within a defined period, we are also entitled to cancel the Agreement within this period without any obligation to you.

Yes, Re-usable water bottles, plastic straws and stirrers replaced with eco-friendly alternatives offered on request by 2021. Working to replace branded plastic pens with pencils or recyclable pens. Giveaway sweets are wrapped in wood-based foil wrappers
