Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

取消政策

如果客户希望取消客房和/或餐饮服务或减少客人人数，则客户将以书面形式通知大厅。通知仅在大厅实际收到时生效。如果客户取消本协议或减少宾客数量，客户同意按照以下时间表向大厅支付每位客人的相应取消费用： -全额 50% 的押金将被没收 -在 1 个月到 3 个月之间，估计费用总额的 80%（包括不可退还的押金） -1 个月以下，估计费用总额的 100%（包括不可退还的押金） 如果在上述通知期限内，客户取消了该活动，则客户有义务支付相当于该功能的预计总收入（包括增值税）的取消费用，为此，大厅有权将任何预付款视为取消费用，并按原样保留。此外，大厅还可能向客户收取大厅产生的与商品或服务有关的任何第三方费用（在不可退还的范围内），这些费用因取消而不再需要。

Additional details

Ironmongers 于 1457 年在芬彻奇街购买了他们的第一个大厅，并于 1587 年在同一地点建造了第二个大厅。该公司的第三个大厅建于1750年，是伦敦为数不多的在第一次世界大战中遭到轰炸的建筑物之一。现在的大厅于1925年在奥尔德斯盖特街的新场地上竣工。该音乐厅曾出演《哈利波特与火焰杯》、《幽灵》、《Kavanagh QC》和《波洛》。
