Hotel Edda Nesjum is located in the heart of some of Iceland’s most awe-inspiring scenery. Feel the sheer forces of nature alongside Europe’s largest glacier – the 8,100 km2 (5,200 square miles) expanse of Vatnajokull, which covers 8% of Iceland. Next to it is the smaller Skalafellsjökull glacier: climb it, hike it, drive upon it! The nearby Skaftafell National Park is a must-see, as well as Jokulsorlon glacial lagoon, the spectacular setting for the James Bond movie Die Another Day.
