Our Nashville restaurant is located on Signal Crossing, a premier destination for shopping. The restaurant features an open churrasco grill where guests can dine and watch gaucho chefs demonstrate the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher, prepare, and grill different cuts of meat over an open flame. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The restaurant also features soaring wine displays, dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging, and a lively indoor bar, ideal for all-day happy hour.

Ryman Auditorium is a historic 2,362-seat live-performance venue and museum located at 116 Rep. John Lewis Way North, in the downtown core of Nashville, Tennessee, United States.
