如果在租船前出现机械问题并且该船无法航行，Oceangogo Company Limited将提供另一艘质量相似的船只或为订船方安排改期。如果预订方选择取消行程，将发放全额退款。 所有船只均有第三方风险保险。乘客对自己的人身安全以及他们带上飞机的任何财产的个人安全负全部责任。Oceangogo Company Limited对登船和航行期间或下船时的损坏、盗窃或人身伤害不承担任何责任。 如果三号热带气旋警告信号仍悬挂或黑色暴雨警告在预订的接送时间前两小时发出，Oceangogo Ltd. 将在与预订方达成协议的情况下自动将郊游推迟到将来的日期。租船日期只能在上述规定情况下重新安排。如果预订方因雨水、一号台风气旋警告信号、雷电警告、黄色或红色暴雨警告或任何其他恶劣天气状况而取消包机，则任何已经支付的款项（包括初始押金）将被没收。 如果在预订的接送时间前两小时将较高的热带气旋警告更改为一号信号或红色暴雨警告，则原来的航行将继续。承租人应在航行期间与公司保持联系。 如果在航行期间悬挂了三号热带气旋警告信号或发出琥珀色或黑色暴雨警告，出于安全考虑，包机将立即返回落客点或其他避难场所。预订方无法补偿未使用的时间，也不能重新安排包机。
