Levi Hotel Spa is situated at the foot of fell Levitunturi enjoying a quiet but central location in the heart of Levi resort in Kittilä in western Lapland. The hotel consists of ten separate 1-2 floor log buildings lying side by side around the same yard. The rooms are furnished in modern Finnish style and equipped fex. with kettle or coffee maker, refrigerator, drying cupboard for ski clothes, hairdryer, and safety. In bigger family rooms there is also a kitchenette with a microwave. The attractively renovated public areas offer cozy wood-paneled lounge areas and a large restaurant with dining and dancing and live music every night. Levi Hotel Spa has also various meeting rooms for conference and exhibition use. The hotel offers an excellent combination of peaceful working space and a genuine experience of local Lappish activities.

CANCELLING THE ENTIRE RESERVATION A reservation can be cancelled free of charge at least 12 weeks prior the arrival day if a reservation is cancelled completely after this the hotel is entitled to charging 50% of the agreed room/package price for the rooms that the hotel has not been able to sell again due to a late cancellation. if a reservation is cancelled within 30 days before the start date of a reservation the hotel is entitled to charging 100% of the agreed room/package price for the rooms that the hotel has not been able to sell again due to a late cancellation. SINGLE ROOM CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS TO A GROUP RESERVATION Confirm the required number of rooms at least 45 days before the start date of a reservation. Reduction of 15% at the most from a preserved number of rooms 21 days at the latest before the start date of a reservation. If the change is greater than 15% the hotel has the right to charge the agreed price for the rooms that the hotel has not been able to sell again due to a late cancellation. Reduction of 5% at the most from a pre-reserved number of rooms 7 days at the latest before the start date of a reservation. If the change is greater than 5% the hotel has the right to charge the agreed price for the rooms that the hotel has not been able to sell again due to a late cancellation. If rooms are cancelled later than 7 days before the start date of a reservation or rooms that are reserved for the group are left empty on the arrival of the group, the hotel has the right to charge the agreed price for the rooms that the hotel has not been able to sell again due to a late cancellation. In cases of illness, the customer will not be charged for the cancelled room/rooms that have been reserved for a client who has fallen ill or whose relative has fallen ill. In these cases, the customer needs to deliver a copy of a medical certificate to the hotel. RESERVATION FEE 10 % from the total amount as a reservation fee to be on our account 10 weeks prior to the arrival day PAYMENT 100 % from the total amount = reserved services should be paid 3 weeks prior to the arrival day.
Additional details
Please note, Levi Hotel Spa is building a new Spa Water World (open 2nd September 2010) and a new Spa Hotel ( open on August 2010). During summer 2010 our current spa is closed because of the spa expansion works. The building site is a blemish on our hotel grounds. However, the construction will not disturb at all our client's sleep, meals, conference, etc. In summer 2010 there will also be some yard work at the hotel area.
