Additional details
The Midlothian Conference Center can provide the following services for your event: Room rentals include a set-up of chairs and linen-covered tables per your directions. Our circular tables seat 8. We also have rectangular tables for registration or display. Microphones that plug into our sound system are available. Digital projectors are available that will interface with most PCs. Most meeting rooms have screens. Each of the ballrooms has a ceiling-mounted digital projector and screen. Our Bluebonnet 1 ballroom has an elevated stage. Details about setup and cleanup requirements are included in the packet provided at the time you deliver your deposit for reservations.
