The Clipper City, a 158-ft. tall ship accommodates up to 149 passengers. A more intimate experience can be had on the Shearwater, a historic schooner with capacity up to 49 passengers.

Their products are available in boutiques across all 50 states, and they are also proud to be featured at a prominent location in Disney Springs. Each year, they produce around 50,000 units, with 85% of them being private-label or custom-branded for their partners. Ariel personally hand-blends every scent for their candles, diffusers, room sprays, and soaps, drawing on her expertise as a Certified Sommelier (yes, a professional "wine nerd") to create unique and captivating fragrances. She carefully selects and combines essential and fragrance oils from their trusted partners to ensure each scent is perfectly balanced. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.
