位於西九文化區的 M+ 大樓是世界上最大的現代和當代視覺文化博物館之一。酒店位於九龍最南邊緣，俯瞰維多利亞港，是香港最具代表性的地標之一，其建築形式具有巨大的建築，而且在城市景觀中的位置極為開放。 這座建築由 Herzog & de Meuron 與 TFP Farrells 和 Arup 合作設計，由一個平台和一個纖薄的塔組成，融合成一個倒置的 'T' 形狀。廣闊的平台懸浮於地上，包括 17,000 平方米的展覽空間，遍佈三十三個畫廊。參觀者可以從地面和下層的各個地方進入博物館，創造了一個易於訪問的空間，提供室內和室外區域之間的連續性。外部租戶可以在 M+ 舉辦私人活動，包括企業會議、優雅宴會到親密的接待。
