Our team strive daily to review and improve our operating procedures to ensure that we are doing our part for the environment. Our ongoing initiatives include our ambition to reduce electricity, waste and water consumption through a series of initiatives led by an internal ‘Green Team’. Their continued efforts focus on reducing carbon emissions, operating a single use plastic environment, creating a paperless workplace and championing food sustainability by sourcing from local producers wherever possible.
