CANCELLATION POLICY Standard group Reservations: - 100% free cancellation/modification up to 1 month before arrival (30 days). -10% of the total rooms can be cancelled without charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival. -5% of the total rooms can be cancelled without charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival. -Cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date will incur a 100% fee. Groups of more than 40 Rooms: -10% payment required upon signing the agreement. -90% of the group can be cancelled up to 45 days before the event. -10% of the total rooms can be cancelled without charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival. -5% of the total rooms can be cancelled without charge up to -7 days prior to the scheduled arrival. -Cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date will incur a 100% fee. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MEETING ROOMS Meeting rooms can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 days before the event.
