From Glasgow Airport by car:
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central is just 15 minutes from Glasgow International Airport by car. Get on to the M8 from junction 28. At junction 18 exit towards Anderston/Charing Cross/City Centre. Turn left on to Pitt Street and the right onto West George Street. Take the second left onto Blysthwood Square and continue straight onto Douglas Street, taking a right onto Sauchiehall Street. From there, take the first left and then the next right onto Renfrew Street. Finally turn left onto Cambridge Street and the hotel will be on your right. The car park is situated at the rear of the hotel.
From Glasgow Airport by bus:
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central is a 30 minute commute from Glasgow International Airport. From the terminal building, go to stance 1. From stance 1 take the 500 Glasgow shuttle bus towards Glasgow City Centre – these buses depart every 10 minutes and take approximately 15 minutes to get into the city centre. End your journey at Buchanan Street Bus Station and turn right onto Renfrew Street. Walk straight for 7 minutes and the hotel will be on your right.
From Glasgow Central Train Station:
Glasgow Central Train Station is 0.5 miles from the hotel. From the train station, take a right onto Hope Street and walk straight until you reach Renfrew Street. Take a left onto Renfrew Street and then turn right onto Cambridge Street. The hotel will be on your right. There is a taxi rank outside of Glasgow Central station and a short taxi ride will cost you approximately £4.50.
From the city centre by car:
You can reach our hotel in just 5 minutes by car from Glasgow city centre. Drive down Sauchiehall Street turning right onto Newtown Street. Turn left onto Elmbank Crescent and then left again onto Elmbank Street. Turn right onto Sauchiehall Street and then left onto Rose Street. Take the first right turn onto Renfrew Street and then the first left onto Cambridge Street. The hotel will be on your right.
From Glasgow Queen Street Train Station:
Glasgow Queen Street Station is 0.5 miles from the hotel. From the station, walk north on Dundas Street towards Bath Street. Take a left onto Bath Street then turn right onto Buchanan Street. Continue onto Sauchiehall Street, taking a right onto Cambridge Street. The hotel will be on your right. There is a taxi rank outside Glasgow Queen Street station and a short taxi ride will cost you approximately £4.50.

Located in Rutledge Hill – just a few blocks south of Historic Broadway, in the heart of Downtown Nashville – Husk, from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is reinterpreting the bounty of the surrounding area, exploring an ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products and redefines what it means to cook and eat in Nashville.
At Husk, there are some rules about what can go on the plate. If it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door. The resulting cuisine is not about rediscovering Southern cooking, but rather exploring the reality of Southern food. Seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling and charcuterie programs by Executive Chef Ben Norton and his culinary team are the basis of Husk’s cuisine.
Husk Nashville, located at 37 Rutledge Street, was constructed into the side of a hill between 1879 and 1882 by Dr. John Bunyan Stephens. Its storied history includes serving as Mayor Richard Houston Dudley’s home, where he lived when elected in 1897. The area was settled by the Rutledge and Middleton families of Charleston who were descendants of two of the original South Carolina signers of the Declaration of Independence. Mayor Dudley added the Carriage House located on property in 1890–which will serve as a space to satisfy the restaurant’s culinary whims and host private/special events. The design of the Husk’s interior spaces enhances the building’s roots while demonstrating a sense of Southern style, modernity, energy, and cosmopolitan flair.
