Cave Bianche Hotel is situated in an exclusive environment, that is to say inside a quarry of white calcarenite stone, and it offers its guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel is in the south-eastern part of the island of Favignana, it is about one km far from Cala Azzurra bay and one may easily reach the built-up area and the island most picturesque sea entry points. The hotel offers 32 tastefully furnished rooms for the comfort of the guests. Rooms are distinguished by the quality and refined simplicity of the “minimal”, handmade furniture. The hotel owns a large hall with latest equipment to arrange a meeting.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
