Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the date of arrival to insure a refund of deposit. A 10% service fee will be deducted. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival may be credited to your next stay at The Hob Knob Inn within 12 months, or deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date are non-refundable and do not receive a Rain Check. Late arrivals and early departures cannot be refunded.
