Cancellation/Change of Date Policy and Fees: In the unfortunate situation that an event cancels, the renter agrees and understands that the facility has been turned down to other prospective renters. For this reason, the below cancellation fee schedule will apply Cancellations made 91 or more days before the reservation date will be charged a $500 cancellation fee ($100.00 Cancellation fee for Picnic Shelters.) Cancellations made 90 days or less before the reservation date will be charged 50% of the rental fee plus forfeit of all deposits. Change of event date’s made within ninety-one (91) days or more of your rental date will be charged a $100 fee. Change of event date made within ninety (90) days or less of your event date will be charged a $500 fee.
