Burbank offers four distinct neighborhoods, each one expressing unique aspects of the city. Downtown Burbank is a bustling street scene with more than 600 shops, restaurants and nightlife [served by Metrolink at the Downtown Burbank Station.] The Media District is home to media giants The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. Studios., The Burbank Studios, Legendary Entertainment, The CW and great dining options. Magnolia Park has a retro vibe with vintage shops, boutiques, and cafes that line the streets. And the Airport District is home to the Hollywood Burbank Airport, great shopping at the Empire Center, and is a thriving hi-tech hub. The Hollywood Burbank Airport was named the #1 US airport by Fodors Travel in 2019. The airport is also served by Metrolink with two stops, one on the Antelope Valley and one on the Ventura County line, as well as by Amtrak Pacific Surfliner. Eight Burbank hotels offer complimentary shuttle services to and from the Hollywood Burbank Airport, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, and Universal Studios Hollywood. Guests can rent their car at the Hollywood Burbank Airport’s state-of-the-art consolidated car rental facility featuring more than 1,000 vehicles and within walking distance of the terminal.
