An ideal size of groups we are looking for is 80 - 100 rooms per night with a corresponding function and a continuous stay of 3 to 5 nights. A perfect pattern would be Mon – Fri; Sun – Thu or Tue – Fri and as well during weekends.

Additionally, the global headquarters for car parking company APCOA Parking are located here.

When building commenced, many of Stuttgart's inhabitants were doubtful as to whether the first ever tower to be constructed from reinforced concrete would hold. After a construction period lasting 20 months, the Stuttgart Television Tower was inaugurated on 5th February 1956. The Black Forest is a large forested mountain range in the state of Baden-Württemberg in southwest Germany. It is bounded by the Rhine valley to the west and south.[1]
Its highest peak is the Feldberg with an elevation of 1,493 metres (4,898 ft) above sea level. The region is roughly oblong in shape, with a length of 160 kilometres (100 miles) and breadth of up to 50 km (30 mi),[2] occupying an area of about 6,009 km2 (2,320 sq mi).[1]
Historically, the area was known for forestry and ore deposits which led to heavy mining in the local economy. In recent years, tourism has become the primary industry, accounting for around 300,000 jobs.[3] The area features several ruined military fortifications dating back to the 17th century.
