18 km from Lucca, and half an hour from Versilia and from Pisa, Borgo Giusto: among the green of the chestnut trees, a 17th Century village with a wide choice of accommodation. Borgo Giusto has 28 properties of varying size, from the large main house, the Villa Giosy, which sleeps 12, to the Casa di Pilade, a cosy studio for two, or the Casa di Adriano and Casa di Gianni, The houses have all been named after the people who last lived there, and often the interior still contains paintings done by local artists – for example in the Casa del Pittore. Our location is an ideal backdrop for business meetings, with its distinctive combination of nature, art and relaxation. In Borgo we have two attractive stone rooms (seating up to 40) in what were once the farm-workers’ cottages.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
