Although we do not have designated meeting or exhibit space, we have large family rooms up to 1350 square feet with 3 separate bedrooms and a large dining room table for 10 people.

Normal Cancellation policy is 48 hours. FIT POLICIES: Reservations must be received in writing by fax for e-mail. Full payment is due in 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. *Cancellation notice must be received in writing at least 48 hours to arrival. *No shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of expected arrival will be subject to a penalty of the first night’s stay. GROUP POLICIES: Reservations must be received in writing by fax for e-mail. A deposit of $500 is due 2 weeks after booking is made. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Final rooming list is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. *Group cancellation notice must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee. *No shows and room reductions made within 48 hours of expected arrival will be subject to a penalty of the first night’s stay. Cancellation/No Show Policy OVER CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS is two weeks. Cancellations made within 2 weeks or No Shows during this period will be subject to a cancellation charge of the first three nights stay or the full stay (whichever is less).
