Yes, Use of plastic bags increased when COVID 19 began, everything was delivered in plastic bags. Nowadays, we have canceled the use of plastic completely.

Yes, In rooms, we have reinforced our 5-S IHG Way of Clean deep cleaning program that certifies the cleaning process, as well as the IHG Cleaning Promise. All bedding and towels are replaced every departure even has not been used by the guest.

We use low volt consumption bulbs, with movement detectors for ignition. The use of straws has been completely eliminated as well as plastic bags. Treated water is used for irrigation of green areas. Hard work is being done on waste separation.
