取消政策

客戶可取消全部或部分房間總房、餐飲要求及 會議室和多功能廳要求在以下協議的條款和條件中。 如果完全終止,酒店將保留所有押金。客戶若因未履行本酒店的義務而無理由客戶單方終止,須強制終結者支付固定賠償,計算如下: 住宿、餐飲及租賃 A) 部分取消(消耗): 如果團體取消部分房屋,則適用以下協定的條款及細則: a) 如果在本協議簽訂日期至抵達前 60 天之間,團體取消最多房間總額的 15%,則不會產生取消費用,但如超過上述 15% 的取消,則需支付取消費用為房屋總房費用的 100% 的取消費用。 b) 如果團體在抵達前 59 天至 30 天之間取消最多房間總房屋總額的 10%,則不會產生取消費用,但如果任何超過上述房間總房屋總額 10% 的取消費用,則需支付 100% 的取消費用。 c) 如在抵達前 29 天至 7 日之間,團體取消最多房間總房屋總額的 5%,則不會產生取消費用,但如果任何超過所述房間總房屋總額的 5% 的取消費,則需支付取消費用的全部分取消費用。 d) 如果團體於抵達前 7 天之間取消房間總數的任何部分(包括但不限於抵達當天的無出席),則團體將收取取消費,相當於取消訂房總房費用的 100%。 B) 團體/活動全面取消: 如本集團完全取消,則適用以下協定的條款及細則: (a) 若酒店在抵達前 90 天內收到該通知,則集團須支付酒店合約收入總額 75% 的金額。 (b) 若酒店於抵達前 89 至 60 天內收到通知,則團體須支付酒店合約總收入 90% 的金額 (c) 若酒店於抵達前 59 天內收到本通知,本集團須支付酒店合約總收入的 100% 金額。
