About us
Woudschoten Hotel & Conference Centre in Zeist is beautifully located on a wooded estate of 90 acres, right in the green centre of the Netherlands and just 65 KM (45 minutes by car) from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. From the Airport you can also reach our venue directly by train and for those travelling by car our venue is reached easily because of the proximity of the A12 and A28 high ways. Woudschoten is an inspirational location and provides all the facilities required for a successful conference, workshop, business event or corporate meeting. We feature 30 multifunctional rooms for meetings up to 350 people (all equipped with the latest technology and free Wi-Fi -500Mbps up and down) and 139 comfortable hotel rooms. In addition to your program Woudschoten also offers several opportunities for relaxation. You can organize an activity on our outdoor field or Amphitheatre or go for a walk on our estate. After your meeting you can enjoy a drink in the lounge, bar or on the terrace or enjoy a delicious dinner in our restaurant. Woudschoten is distinguished by the service we provide and the personal attention we give to our guests and we trust that we can make a positive contribution to your meeting this way.
