The Estate Yountville presents two unique hotel experiences (Vintage House and/or Hotel Villagio), featuring a total of 192 rooms and 15 exceptional event venues, encompassing over 55,000 square feet of adaptable indoor and outdoor spaces. The Social: The Social boasts 6,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space that flows effortlessly between the two. Designed with Napa-chic farmhouse architecture, it features expansive windows that open to inviting outdoor areas. This distinctive venue includes a spacious ballroom with a dual-sided fireplace, a lush event lawn complete with water features, a beautiful front patio, and an open-air courtyard bar and lounge. It can accommodate 60 to 80 guests for social events, while meetings can optimally host 64 attendees arranged in schoolroom or crescent round layouts for social distancing. The Pavilion: At The Estate Yountville, The Pavilion offers a source of inspiration for your meetings. This venue features two stunning adjoining gardens, each showcasing a unique ambiance. Together, they offer over 15,000 square feet of beautifully sculpted terraces and lush outdoor spaces. With its primarily outdoor layout, this area can host 150 guests for social gatherings and meals. For meetings, it is ideally suited for 100 to 120 attendees arranged in schoolroom or crescent round setups. The Barrel Room: Situated in the heart of The Estate Yountville, The Barrel Room combines the rustic charm of the original 1870 Groezinger Winery with modern event amenities. Featuring grand wrought iron chandeliers and advanced theatrical and task lighting, as well as accent uplighting around the perimeter, this 2,470 square-foot ballroom-style space radiates warmth from its 36-foot-beamed ceiling. It can accommodate 40 guests for social events and 36 attendees for meetings in schoolroom or crescent round configurations.
