Situated at the southern tip of Lake Windermere, The Swan is very much a part of the local community and the fabric of the beautiful Lake District. Our comfortable and attractive accommodation is designed to suit everyone's needs - from families and couples through to independent travellers and business guests.

Wine & Canvas is a mobile painting studio that comes to you! Great for team building events, birthdays, family get togethers, bachelorettes and more. We provide all the art supplies. If you don't have a venue, we can suggest our partner restaurants. Great for groups from 8-100. We have a variety of painting projects available or you can pick our standard step-by-step acrylic canvas painting. Food and beverages are not included but available for purchase with the hosting venue.

Although primarily giving tours around New York City, I am available for tours in Philadelphia and Boston, if any should desire - and I love taking people to Washington D.C.
But perhaps what I most like is taking people on walks across some of the great bridges around our city: the Brooklyn Bridge, and especially the Williamsburg Bridge - and don't forget the great George Washington Bridge - for walks along the Palisades!
