Blaithwaite house is a family owned and operated business set in truly stunning grounds it is one of Cumbrias best kept secrets. A unique versatile venue offering everything from a walk in one of our ancient woodalnds, a cuppa and a cake to bespoke weddings. we can accommodate over 100 people, our characterful county house sleeps 40, our quaint and quirky stables sleep 20 and Ellrigg our dorm biulding sleep 52. we are ideal for youth groups, large family visits, conferences, corporate team building, weddings, the list is endless there really is something here for everyone!
