Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EVENT BOOKING 8. Where there is a cancellation of part or an entire event the following charges will apply: - 10 working weeks prior = 25% cancellation charge 8 working weeks prior = 50% cancellation charge 6 working weeks prior = 75% cancellation charge 4 working weeks prior = 100% cancelation charge 9. Guests with confirmed reservations who do not arrive will be considered no shows and charged the applicable rate. 10. Rooming lists must be received two week’s prior to the arrival date. 11. All cancellations must be received in writing and the calculation of cancellation charges shall begin from midnight on the day the written cancellation is received by Stoke Place. 12. The cancellation charges will be calculated from: contracted numbers of attendees, the package price, additional contracted miscellaneous items and any holding bedroom blocks.
