Charming House Iqs is the latest addition to the Charming House family. The unique harmony between luxury and cosiness that inspired DD724 and DD694 now reaches its finest form. It is a place where you will feel at home, where you can offer yourself the luxury of unique suites, behind Piazza San Marco, with canal view on the famous Rio di Santa Maria Formosa, right where its waters take a turn before meeting the Gran Canal under the Bridge of Sighs in Venice. The interior is a Gothic courtyard. Contemporary design and art complete the wonderful location. Whether you are travelling for business or pure pleasure, the Charming House iQs is the ideal place for you. These exclusive suites are gems of Italian design, contemporary art and technology, embellished with sculptures and artistic photographs. Each of them translates a particular architectural style and has been realized by using different materials, in order to match different tastes.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
