Hotel Carinthia Velden is located at n the centre of Velden, at Karawankenplatz, only a few metres from the Kurpark, the lake, the casino and the famous "Castle by the Worthersee Lake". It is a jewel of "Wörthersee architecture" and has played an important role in the history of the lake's western bay. The hotel's traditional and legendary "Kaiserfrühstück" (superb buffet breakfast with silver service) lends a very special note to this palatial hotel. The apartments, suites and rooms vary in size, enchanting guests with their nostalgic charm and modern colour schemes, while affording breathtaking views of the lake, the Kurpark and the mountains of the Karawanken.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
