Het centraal station en het beursterrein liggen op slechts een paar minuten loopafstand, en samen met het aangrenzende congrescentrum van Ulm biedt het hotel uitstekende voorwaarden voor zakelijke en privé-evenementen. Het Maritim Hotel Ulm en het aangrenzende congrescentrum zijn perfect geschikt voor grote evenementen, conferenties en festiviteiten in de privé- of zakelijke sfeer. De Einsteinzaal met podium, podium en orkestbak biedt plaats aan maximaal 1.500 personen, de Kepler Hall biedt plaats aan maximaal 330 personen.
