We focus on using home-grown, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, and source from local providers: sockeye salmon from British Columbia, bison from Alberta, lobster from Nova Scotia, and dairy products from Ontario. We are the only restaurant to seed and grow fresh lettuce and sprouts (in our main dining room, to be exact) and we serve only Ocean-Wise certified seafood. Our wine list showcases primarily VQA wines, including selections from B.C., and we feature Canadian rye in many of our creative cocktails. Canadas Best Value Inn Whitehorse is a 2 story hotel that offers spacious guest rooms with either a mountain or river view. We are a 100 percent smoke free hotel. Pets are welcome for a nightly charge of $10 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per room. Our comfortable guest rooms feature free wireless high-speed Internet access, microwave, mini-fridge, cable TV, coffeemaker, hairdryer, radio, and wake-up service. An iron and ironing board are available in our guest laundromat. We are the only hotel in Whitehorse that provides heated underground parking. Our hotel also offers a business center with fax/copy service and a 24-hour multilingual front desk. Free storage space is available for your convenience. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with excellent service and care.
