İptal politikası

a) Group cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to the date of arrival. b) If group cancellation is made 29 days prior to arrival, but not later than 25 days prior to arrival, the penalty charge is applied. The fee equals 25% of the booking value for the first night. c) If group cancellation is made 20 days prior to arrival, but not later than 15 days prior to arrival, the penalty fee equals to 50% of the booking value for the first night. d) Group cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to the date of arrival. e) If group cancellation is made 29 days prior to arrival, but not later than 25 days prior to arrival, the penalty charge is applied. The fee equals 25% of the booking value for the first night. f) If group cancellation is made 20 days prior to arrival, but not later than 15 days prior to arrival, the penalty fee equals to 50% of the booking value for the first night. g) If group cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, but no later than 08 days prior to arrival, the penalty fee equals 75% of the booking value for the first night. h) If group cancellation is made 7 days (inclusively) prior to arrival or in case of no show, the penalty fee equals 100% of the total booking value i) If Hotel cannot accommodate confirmed bookings, the Agency is informed and guests can be transferred to other hotel, no lower category, at the same prices and conditions, as it is in agreement with the agency.
