Lti Xanthe Resort & Spa, Side'nin düz alçalan uzun kumlu plajında yer almaktadır. Side yaklaşık 7 km uzaklıktadır. 4 adet 3 katlı bina ve resepsiyon binası, barlı lobi, ana restoran, 3 alakart restoran, mağazalar, kuaför WLAN ve internet köşesi içeren resepsiyon binasından oluşan modern, aile dostu tesis. Bahçede havuz barı, çocuk havuzu ve su kaydırakları (saatlik ve hava durumuna bağlı olarak mevcuttur) bulunan bir havuz manzarası bulunmaktadır. Şemsiyeler, şezlonglar, şezlonglar ve banyo havluları havuzda ve otel tarafından yönetilen plajın kısmında ücretsiz olarak temin edilmektedir.
