1. Non-smoking policy • The entire property, including rooms, restaurants, and meeting spaces, is non-smoking. • The Convention Center is explicitly listed as a “NON-smoking” area. 2. Pet policy • Pets are allowed (dogs and cats), usually up to 2 pets per room, maximum 40 lbs (18 kg) each. • Extra fee and refundable deposit may apply. • Pets are not allowed in the pool area, gym, or restaurants. 3. Event & meeting facilities • Events must comply with noise restrictions due to the hotel’s location in a mixed financial and residential zone (Las Condes). • External catering or décor suppliers may require prior hotel approval. • Smoking, open flames, and confetti are prohibited in meeting rooms and ballroom areas. 4. Parking & access • On-site parking available but subject to availability and extra charge. • Valet parking may be limited during peak hours or special events. • Shuttle service to the airport available at an additional cost. 5.
