Situated on Montauk’s most pristine stretch of oceanfront real estate, Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Spa is a Hamptons icon and the only four-season resort in Montauk. Providing guests with direct access to a 2,000 ft. private sand beach, Gurney’s features 158 rooms, suites and beachfront cottages, each with dramatic ocean views. With five unique dining and cocktail venues, guests can enjoy a wide range of dining options, from elegant seasonal cuisine to casual fare to grab-and-go café favorites. All of Gurney’s venues feature spectacular ocean views, none more so than The Beach Club, which provides the only on-ocean-beach dining experience in the Hamptons. No trip to Gurney’s is complete without visiting The Seawater Spa, North America's only oceanfront seawater spa. Renovated in 2022, the brand new, 30,000 sq. ft. wellness experience features an ocean-fed swimming pool, caldarium, thermae baths, and reinvigorating cold plunge pools. Rebuild and revitalize in our indoor/outdoor treatment rooms and our state-of-the-art fitness, strength and yoga studios. Welcome to the Montauk Point Lighthouse, the oldest lighthouse in New York State. The Lighthouse was authorized by the Second Congress, under President George Washington, in 1792. Construction began on June 7, 1796 and was completed on November 5, 1796. This National Historic Landmark has been part of Long Island's land and seascape for over 200 years and still serves as an active aid to navigation. The Montauk Point Lighthouse was designated a National Historic Landmark in recognition of the property's national significance in the history of the United States on March 2, 2012 by the Secretary of the Interior. This beautiful historic site plays frequent host to wedding ceremonies and other special events. Group and school tours (20 or more) are available on a year round basis at the Montauk Point Lighthouse Museum
