Hotel Maritina, İstanköy şehrinin merkezinde yer almaktadır. En çok işe gidip gelen ve ticarileştirilen bölge olarak, bir misafirin şehirden ihtiyaç duyduğu her şey küçük bir yürüme mesafesindedir. Tüm yıl boyunca açıktır ve sıcak misafirperverliği ve günün 24 saati yanınızda olan güler yüzlü personeli ile ünlüdür. Maritina Hotel 81 oda sunmaktadır. Otel, yıl boyunca çok çeşitli küçük ölçekli toplantı ve etkinliklere ev sahipliği yapmaktadır.. Son teknoloji mikrofon ve video ekipmanı ile donatılmıştır. Maritina etkinlik ve toplantı merkezi 70 kişiye ev sahipliği yapabilme kapasitesine sahiptir. Küçük toplantılar ve etkinlikler için uygundur.
