Hotel Perrakis, Ege'nin merkezindeki Kiklad eyaletinin Yunan adası Andros bölgesinde yer almaktadır. Kiklad Adaları, kısa bir feribot yolculuğu dışında olmayan, büyük bir kontrastı olan birçok küçük adadan oluşan bir gruptur.. Andros, Atina'daki Rafina limanından sadece iki saat uzaklıkta ve Mikonos'tan iki buçuk saat uzaklıkta ideal bir konuma sahiptir. 1984 yılında inşa edilen otel, Kypri'nin en iyi otellerinden biri, iki büyük yenileme ile büyüdü ve gelişti. En sonuncusu 2009 yılında. Bina Andros'ta bir dönüm noktası haline geldi.
