Sentido Apollo Sarayı, bugün Korfu olarak bilinen Homeros'un Odyssey'inde bahsedilen efsanevi Phaeacia adasında yer almaktadır. Korfu'nun güneydoğu tarafında yer alan ve İyon Denizi suları tarafından yıkanmış olan Mesoggi yerleşiminin en eski zeytinliklerinin ortasında inşa edilmiştir. Çevreye ve Corfiote mimarisine saygılı bir şekilde tasarlanan Sentido Apollo Palace, Korfu'nun en güzel otellerinden biri olarak kabul edilir. Zevkli ve ferah odalar, stüdyolar ve süitler, 50 çeyrek dönümlük muhteşem bir bahçe, organize tesisler ve yüksek standart hizmetler sunmaktadır. Sentido Apollo Sarayı, iki katlı küçük oda komplekslerinden oluşmaktadır. Odalar zemin katta ve birinci katta yer almaktadır. Tüm odalarda balkon veya buna ek olarak otelin güzel bahçesinin manzarası vardır. Bu odaların yanı sıra otelde stüdyo ve süitler de bulunmaktadır. Tüm odalar geniş, iyi aydınlatılmış ve zevkli bir şekilde dekore edilmiştir.
