Kurumsal gruplar en az 10 oda olarak değerlendirilecektir. Düğün veya nişan gibi etkinlikler için özel gruplar Bodrum'da yaygındır. Ayrıca, diğer sürücüler Yalıkavak'ta demirleyen yelken şirketlerinden. Eski BDT veya GCC ailelerinin villaları belirli süreler için bloke etmesi de yaygındır..
