Elegance is the term that best describes Albergo Residenza Miramonti, large and spacious, they reflect the taste and elegance of the entire complex thanks to the soft colours which, expertly mixed with the wood coming from our forests, make the ambience warm and comfortable. Our residence includes various apartments, all with prestigiously refined furniture and luxurious furnishings. The dining room, deliberately sober and warm at the same time, can seat up to about 60 people and transmits that refined familiarity that ushers in the beginning of an itinerary that will lead to a feeling of fulfilment in every way. The restaurant is accessible not only to the hotel’s guests, but also to anyone who would like to enjoy good cuisine.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
