Bu ilham halısı, adına manastırdan Mon ve şehir anlamına gelen Asty'ye yansıyor. Bu miras, Bizans geleneğinden alınan manastır tasarımının benzersiz unsurları, renkleri ve görüntüleri ile Selanik'in iç tasarımında yer alan bu 5 yıldızlı otele ilham verdi. 100 oda, konuklara lüks, kemerli kapılar, manastır geleneğini hatırlatan kabartmalı yazı tipleri ile optimum bir deneyim sunarken, yerel zanaatkarlar tarafından yaratılan sanat zarif bir konaklamaya katkıda bulunur.
