The Thomas Paine Hotel is situated within walking distance of many of the towns attractions and the birthplace of Thomas Paine the celebrated free thinker and campaigner of the 18th century, it makes an ideal base for exploring this historical area or for the businessman needing a good night’s sleep. There is a welcoming bar where you can meet friends and share a beer or a cocktail, a 40 seater public restaurant, a 18 seater private restaurant and a function room that can seat 40 people. This enables the Thomas Paine hotel to cater for events such as christenings, birthdays, weddings, funerals, retirements, talks, clubs and exhibitions.
