Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre The Hague serves the entire MICE market, with a strong focus on association and government congresses and corporate events. With this unique full-service congress and event location, The Hague welcomes a great venue to its collection of high end conference venues. Ideally located next to international train station Hollands Spoor, the venue offers more than 4000 m2 of conference and exhibition space. The flexible plenary room for 1400 delegates and the 30 break out rooms make the convention center a unique addition to the existing conference venues in The Hague. Right next to Den Haag Hollands Spoor train station, close to Rotterdam The Hague Airport and only 30 minutes away from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the location is perfectly suited for both national and international events and congresses of stature. - Very good train connection with St. Pancras International Station London (within 4 hours) - Direct train connection with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (only 30 minutes) - 15 cab minutes from Rotterdam The Hague Airport Flexible and customized The plenary hall, which is no less than seven metres high and measuring 1400 m2, is suitable for congresses, receptions, dinners and trade fairs and can be completely furnished according to your wishes. Right next to the plenary hall is the second large room of 700 m2 and an exhibition area of 500 m2. In addition, the conference location has no less than 30 sub-rooms of various sizes. These are flexible and can be set up in any desired layout, and have natural light. Audio-visual: always plug & play! During an event or meeting our staff will ensure that everything is arranged down to the last detail. Each room has a projector and screen or flat screen. Plug & play and get to work! For more complex audiovisual requirements, we work with a high-quality AV partner. Catering: from lunch, dinner to drinks We also provide all the catering during a meeting. From lunch, dinner to drinks. Two foyers and a central foyer are available for this purpose and the location also has a bar for drinks and receptions. Design for change: Europe's first in-house Event Design Lab Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre The Hague is the first conference and meeting venue in Europe with an in-house Event Design Lab SM. Under the guidance of the Event Design Collective, we offer organizers the opportunity to (further) design their conference in the Event Design Lab SM. Based on the Event Canvas™️ methodology, the international benchmark for designing effective events, we help national and international event managers and PCOs to get a grip on the value of an event.
