The Hotel is located near the scenic Kandawgyi Lake, a land mark of Yangon, and provides panoramic views of the city’s Zoological gardens next door. The hotel is within walking distance of the magnificent golden Shwedagon Pagoda the most sacred and oldest Buddhist pagoda in Myanmar and Bogyoke Aung San Market which is a major bazaar known for its colonial architecture and inner cobblestone streets, the market is a major tourist destination, dominated by antique, Burmese handicraft and jewelry shops, art galleries, and clothing stores.

Close to the heart of downtown Yangon, the hotel is a short 5 minute drive from the Yangon main railway station and Junction City Shopping Centre.
