A beautifully appointed ballroom – featuring a granite staircase, dual entrances and natural light exposure – provides luxurious accommodations for more than 1,000 attendees. Features include adjacent VIP holding room, built-in coatroom, large foyer, dedicated registration area, direct loading dock access. Green and gold hemisphere pattern carpet, beige fabric wall panels, the room is divisible into two sections. Additional support includes dimmable lighting system with moveable down lights and spots, fiber optics available, hanging points for theatrical lighting and decorations, microphone inputs, and specialty lighting cable trays with clamp bar for 10 lights each at 6 points. Press broadcast closet with coaxial and triaxial feeds to control room and rooftop antennae locations for live broadcast or video transmission for up to 20 broadcasters
