Sophisticated hotel with unique design. Built in an old Italian pasta factory from 1908, the architecture reflects elements of both traditional and modern techniques and offers the comfort and quality AC Hotels is known for. AC Hotel Torino is located near Lingotto trade center and Eataly store, in Torinos main business area. Torino, Italys former Capital and Main City in Piedmont will surprise you with its history, beauty and traditions: from the famous Mole Antonelliana to the Egyptian Museum, from Barbera and Barolo Wine to the amazing Gianduia Chocolate. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
